EB installed but nothing changes when RTW opened?!

I updated the game to 1.5 before I installed just as the instructions said, then installed EB(which took a really long time; is that normal?). Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but whenever I open the game, it's exactly like RTW vanilla, with the 3 Roman factions being the only ones available for play. The only difference I can see since I installed EB is that the little loading bar is green instead of the default color.

You´re sure you´re runnning the EB shortcut (.....\RomeTW\RomeTW.exe" -mod:eb -show_err -nm )?

Woops...umm so how do I do that exactly? Is there an icon like in the folder I'm supposed to click or something? There is an EB icon in the RTW folder, but it is just an icon and doesn't actually do anything.

It puts it on the desktop or something like that. I don't like having mine there, so I just cut it and paste it into my EB RTW folder (since I have lots of copies of EB on my cpu).

Ohh there it is. I didn't even see that icon and I'm used to playing RTR which just uses the RTW icon to start. Thanks for the help and dealing with my stupidity, guys.
