please help me!

i can not connect to the multiplayer...yes i have went to the total war site and got the patches done in order, 1.3 and then 1.5. and yes the cd key is correct and yes my firewall is allowing it and i have tried getting on with my firewall off and it still lets me on. please help? when stating your answer or advice, please put it clear so i can easily understand it, thank you

ok Question. Can you Connect to MP or no? Because you said you firewall lets you on, but you said eariler you can't connect?

When you say you cannot connect to Multiplayer, what message are you getting on your screen when you try to connect?

it says, Invalid cd key- failed log in i think

In that case it looks as if you did not type your CD key in correctly.

You have to type your CD key EXACTLY as it is shown on the back of your manual or case.

Make certain all the letters are as shown, either Capitals or Lowercase, (on my manual they are 'lowercase'), all the '0's are zeroes and put in the dashes '-' between the groups.
