I did find a small mention of this in one of the bug threads above. Sorry if it has been mentioned multiple times but I just want to see if others have had the same experience.
I notice sound oddities both on the campaign map and in battles. On the campaign map the most common is getting the sound clip for hiding in ambush (like "there is no honor..." or whatever the other one is) after successfully completing a seige battle.
In battles my units sound like chipmunks (at normal battle speed) or like the sound is slowed way down (again at normal battle speed).
I am still playing my first campaign, I think for the next one I might change the time scale back to the default since I haven't even hit the 1200's yet. I patched the game but did not start a new campaign after doing so but I didn't see that any sound issues were addressed in the first patch.
Other than the pretty common bugs/issues nothing game breaking and I am really enjoying M2TW (although I ended up not finishing MTW). I guess that leads me to the unrelated comment that RTW and esp. TW Eras introduced some of us to a great franchise!
One more side comment, other than the "official" site (impossible to use forums) and this wonderful site, any other recommded sites for TW?
Cheers.
