It's a Humvee with a dish attached to it and it shoots heat rays. It can also fuse contact lenses with your eyes. Anyway, for anyone who played Command and Conquer this should be especially interesting.

Aluminum foil doesnt work, least, if there is any gap in the foil it will be ineffective. So unless you plan on not moving and making sure to be 100% covered your screwed.

Also the fusion of the contacts to your eye's happens after quite a bit of exposure. Just to test that they required to sedate the monkies and tape their eye's open. Knee jerk reaction to close your eyes.

Looks like a neat weapon.....until the jib-jabs hit it with an RPG. Maybe it would be on a plane or a really fast motorcycle or something. recent events tell me that humveees arent that safe.

There is a small problem with heating someone up to 50°C since this can/will render men unable to reproduce for several months(six they said in the last documentary) I heard.:sweatdrop:
Well, one could argue that it freezes human ressources of the opponent.:clown:

Rockets and grenades and such are presumably a whole another thing, but then again this is chiefly a nonlethal crowd-control weapon isn't it ?

Precisely watchmen it's a nonlethal crowd-control weapon. It's not going to be in a place were it's going to be facing a RPG. It's more likely to face stones and pistol bullets. Though I highly doubt you would have the chance to shoot at it with an RPG. As soon as this ray hits you, you're gone whether you want to or not.

If you're going to take a shot at a military vehicle with an RPG, I would imagine you'd approach the matter by being somewhere else than where its main weapon unit points. One can only assume you'll otherwise find out why AT teams have such low life expectancies...
