How come I cant play in the Arcade?

Hi im new and i was wondering why I cant play games in the Arcade.

TosaInu, our local admin, can change it.

Yeah, Junior members can't play in the arcade. Right now, it's something you get when you become a "member".

That can change of course I guess.
