They seems to be buggy, even my units is only one on the wall, they keep firing decimating it. I tried to pass from one side to another, go down, climb again etc....the flag is still of the enemy and doesnt change. Also, if I capture it , it doesnt fire.
The default behaviour should be: once units on top of the walls, towers stop shooting, noone owns them.
Is there a mod that fix this, patch, ideea etc? Can these towers be deactivated some way?

Just drive away the enemy unit near it, then it will stop to shoot.
It's different from Rome, though. Once captured they won't shoot for you but be silent.

Even if there is only a single enemy standing somewhere nearby, towers will keep shooting. The radius over which this works is quite big, too. This can be used to your advantage in siege defenses: Even when you have lost a particular section of the walls, getting a fast unit (i. e. cav) near a tower makes it shoot. You can cause a lot of enemy fatalities by making use of this feature of "auto artillery".
I understood what you say, but it is not a normal behaviour, that my unit being inside the tower, which shoot at it, remotelly controled from outside by a horse. Of course it helps you when on the other side, but I guess you have already some advantages.
I really need a fix from this, can someone?

I think if the radius can be decreased, this will fix part of the problem..
Which is the right forum to look for a modder? Or to ask where this parameter can be found?
