First of all, great mod. Many thanks.
Secondly I've checked on the forum about this particular ctd and didn't find anything, but may be someone already posted this and you are aware.
It's about Emporion I think, it's called. Everytime I try to attack it, then the game ctd in the battle screen loading. Every single time. I've checked and there are no Marsella hoplites in there, so it's not missing textures or anything like that. On autocalck it works though, why wouldn't it?
So now you know. Cheers.

That does sound odd. I've no idea what it could be if you are sure there are no massilian hoplites on either side.

Nop, when game ctd, there were no reinforcements and no Massila hoplites.

I am playing as romanii against Arvenii who control the town. After about 5 crashes I decided to besiege this town cos everytime I attack it on autocalc, I get ridiculous amount of dead on my side and virtually zero casualties on the enemy side. Some arveni reinforcements attacked me, so I battled against town and reinforcements both and game didn't crash or anything. Which makes me believe that something is wrong with town itself.
Anyway, I see that only happened to me, so may be its bad installation or smth.

if you still have the save, you can upload it to a free hosting service like axifile.com, post the link to it and have someone take a look whether they can find something wrong/explanation or not.

Thanks for link.
Now it's even worse. I took Emporion by siege, right. Now, everytime I try ANY battle, the loadind screen green bar goes right to the end of the screen and the game crashes. No respond to any button, so I have to push restart button on my computer.
I guess Emporion was cursed :beam:

I had a similar bug to this long time ago (0.80) though it was Tolosa.
I think I kept a save somewhere...

Downloaded your game. Took Emporion by siege and on the very next turn I attacked an Arverni Army. It went straight to the battlemap, no CTD. Not sure why we get different results, although I can't think of any reason why possession of a city would lead to pre-battle CTDs. Do you have another save game which I can test for the earlier CTD (attack on Emporion)?

Listen Kull, thanks for replay mate. You know I tend to think that I have a bad install or something because game crashes ten time more then before. (windows reinstall you know, had to reformat C)

I am gonna try to install RTW again with fresh EB.

Anyway I've put autosave save on http://www.axifile.com?5497489. If you find anything, please let me know.

Thanks and have a good day

Whenever you have bugs that nobody else is reporting? It usually is some kind of problem with either the RTW installation, the EB installation, or even the capabilities of the PC. The good news is that after you complete the reinstall, you can test out your old save game, and now it should work.
