Hi admins/mods/members :dizzy2:,
I just thought I should bring to your attention this person (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/member.php?u=21643) and their HUGE and strange postcount. However when you try and search for his posts there are no posts there. Does this person really have that many posts, or is it just a nasty bug? Cheers!

Or a joke possibly.

A test user perhaps? The admins sometimes use these when looking for bugs or testing something out.

Seems as I'm wrong. The "posts per day" is only an average, spread out over every day since the person registered. So Apie registered, posted 4,294,967,295 on his join date, received mod status and then left, never to return again :smash:

Apie is a coked-out meth addict that I keep in my basement so I'd have someone to scrub the mold off the walls. I think he was once a lawyer.

I registered Apie a while ago to test the registration proces, used the account to test other things, but I do not recall having increased the postcount like that. Might accidentely have done that though.

so now we know that postcount is coded as a 32-bit integer :blank2:

Is that the maximum amount for one? :laugh4:

God, I've been waiting for this for so long. Where to start... Look, Apie is clearly an exponent of an extraterrestrial civilization that is trying to contact us by means of Alpha-ray signals, as predicted in... wait, where's the damn booklet...

Or maybe there's an automatic trigger to stop mods having 0 posts :laugh4:

How do you accidentally increase a post-count to 4 billion plus?

How do you accidentally increase a post-count to 4 billion plus?

That's classified.

We wouldn't want The Stranger to have that kind of information, would we?

May have hit a storage bug in the field and then it sets to something.
