Hello!

I've been a lurker here on the forums since the release of 0.8 and finally decided to register.

I'd like to thank the EB team for making a good game truly exceptional. I've come to notice that mods tend to extend the lifespan of many good games.

Some good games, become Great games. :2thumbsup:

Anyway the reason I'm posting now is that I've run into a problem of sorts. I've been playing a with the Sabyn for a while and having taken over Egypt, I've noticed some problems in recruiting local units. Despite having the highest tier of Regional MIC in Diaspolis-Megane I can't seem to recruit anything better than Pantadapoi, Akontistai and Toxotai.
Is it possible for the Sabyn to recruit any decent troops in Egypt and if so where?
I know the faction is unfinished but even so they're fun to play with.

First of all, what gov. type do you have? Gov types affect the number of native troops trainable (1 being the least, 4 being the lmost) If you have 1 or 2 gov's, you're going to have trouble recruting from muster (foreign) barrackses. also, the AOR system has a couple holes that have yet to be patches up, so it could be a bug.

Type 4. As the Sabyn you're restricted to type 3 or 4 in Egypt west of the Sinai. Only in Axum and the Ptolemaic Red Sea coastal province can you build a type 1 or 2 gov.
