add provinces?

Hi

I know how to add provinces in rtw, is it the same process for mtw2? if not can someone please tell me how.

Just thought i'd ask before i try myself^^

The process is very similar if not identical. The only differences I can think of are the different buildings and religions that MTW2 has.
