How do you mod the game so that your leaders can't get vices (or is there a mod out somewhere that does this already)? Also, is it possible to make my leaders never die of old age and how? Thanks.

Go through the traits file, and simply erase every single bad trait. Do backup the old one though...

No idea for the age thingy...
