Turning off tooltips?

Can anyone tell me if there is an option to turn off the hover over pop ups?

When trying to organise armies that have taken losses, the pop up is blocking my views of the rest of my troops, & its a tad tedious when dragging & sropping to top up unit losses.

Not sure it can be done. I'm with you on this one, unit description/condition windows are a nuisance for blocking vision

I just want to third my desire to remove those tooltips.

I have a habit of flicking my mouse cursor around the screen and find my poor overworked brain getting flashed with multiple tooltips.

I hate them... ...please someone make them die.:skull:
