hi guys just bought the game today , never played it b4 atm im playing with england and got rennes, nothingham , lodon , york , caernavaron and caen after like 7 turns i went down on cash like -1500 g so i read the manual for a bit (h) and disbanded a few army units i slowly went back up , but i dno how to go on from here like what to build etc . dnt give me al these answers with hard terms and names in em since i just got the game today =X

-so id just like to now how to manage a good ecnomy (the basic things)
-miltary -should i always leave troups in every town like 2 units ?
- shood i invest in 1 big army cuz i have like 3 armys with 10 - 15 unit in each of em
- euhm cant come up with other things that i need to now =/ but feel free to post other things that i might need to now

um i like to vreate one field army that is like my main invasion force with several smaller forces to take cities. follow this building order.
1. roads
2. markets
3. ports
4. mines where you can
if you do this without building to many units you should have a very stable economy that can withstand several major campaings.
only garrison with militia units. and dont have a standing army that is doing nothing. have way way more cities the castles

thx and how do ya upgrade ur city ? =$ bcs it seems ya can only buy ports at a higher city lvl ( and yes i know ya need a city at sea :) )

you build the next level wall which becomes available after a certain pop has been reached. :laugh4: k good cus if not then start :wall:

The secret is Timbuktu and Arguin. Send an expedition down there and take the two cities. They are cash cows for your merchants.
