First Punic War Script?

The 0.81 readme mentioned a 'first Punic war' script. Does this mean I should wait for the script to start the war? Or does it start when I march into Sicily (I'm a Roman player)? Just curious.

Do you really want me to tell you exactly how it works? Or will it suffice to know that EB scripts rarely pre-ordain an outcome, but rather react to your actions.
