This is because you are using the multiplayer edu, I think.

Nope, this is the first time i started up 0.81

Ah then this is one of the other ones. Sorry I wasn't sure. You will need to reinstall 0.8 and then 0.81. If that doesn't work try reinstalling RTW then 0.8 then 0.81.
