Weird movie thing [Archive]

So I was playing my Arverni campaing 0.81 through BI.exe and I figured I alt+tab for a moment and check the forum. The moment I clicked the RTW-task to continue playing this weird window pops up with a rather nice view on it, oh yeah the game crashed at the same time.:

What is that? Any thoughts?
