We all haven't seen this before, now have we? The most bizzare thing is that people believe him. But then again he is preaching that sin doesn't exist - so I guess that would appeal to a lot of people who are, uh, sinning. I wonder what he would say about things like war, killing and rape, and free will. Surely these things all involve "sinning."
Here is the link. http://edition.cnn.com/2007/US/02/16/miami.preacher/index.html
Watch the video too its very interesting.
It is notable that he is a "Charismatic" type preacher. This means that he is good at stimulating the adrenaline by sudden emotional outbursts to a lot of people. Its quite shocking how effective it can be.
Eh...makes more sense than the main branch of the cult does.

haha, that's cool. Seems like a reasonable guy. I wonder if he really believes he is god.

"If somebody tells us drink some Kool-Aid and we'll go to heaven, that's not true. We are already in heavenly places," follower Martita Roca told CNN after having 666 tattooed onto her ankle.
Praise the Lord and pass the kool-aid. Hand me that collection plate too, De Daddy needs a new Rolex.:laugh4: :laugh4:

The real culprit here is Kool-Aid. Just look at all the cults that have used it.
Think Jonestown!
And that pitcher running through walls is red? Communist nectar breaking down the walls of class or an empowered antichrist? you decide.
At least they are putting signs on themself - I wish all crazy, gullible nutcases did that. Would make life alot more simpler.

Yeah, but how boring would that be? For example I'd rather believe myself to be a mack daddy pimp then meet women with "gold digger" signs around their neck. Much more sporting...

Really, it's amusing that almost without exception, mainstream or cult, the "churches" that follow the teachings of a man dedicated to poverty and simplicity make sure they do extremely well financially.
If this fellow is the reincarnation of Jesus, his philosophy has changed quite a lot over the last two thousand years.
:stupido2: Maybe that's what the Antichrist is - the opposite of poor Christ. Hmm, there's a lot of them.

Just as plausible as any other God or Jesus 2000 years ago. People never get smarter!

Reasonable? Reasonable? Are you actually serious? He does actually believe he is God and that he is greater than Jesus. He says sin doesn't exist! What if I asked him if I could kill him because I wanted to - would there not be something wrong with that?

No, you see people just wrote him down wrong, this is what the real Jesus preached, and the real Judas lived on and was the one that propogated Christianity as it is now.
This is the real Jesus too, He's just here to correct our incorrect interpretation of Jesus.
Why else would Jesus be here again??

Come on, "Anyone is his own god" and if he wishes to think this way than I don't see what's the problem really. He has the freedom to talk :daisy: if he wants to talk :daisy:. Although it will be very funny asking him to walk over large surfaces of water without getting his feet wet.....maybe he can do this while in the water dwell Great White sharks.
:laugh4:
Wait, this guys serious. :inquisitive:
The first thing jesus would've done with that rolex is sell it and give the money to the poor. The REAL jesus knows what time it is without a watch.
He has a nice daughter...

hey....all this guy needs to do is write a book full of anything that crosses his crazy head and we have a new religion....as valid of any of the others....

The problem with that is that he says hes God. And believes it just as much as the suckers in his church.

On the bright side, at least the police will know who to drag in for questioning when some whacked out murderer tells them "God told me to do it." Mr. Miranda will soon learn why God hangs out in Heaven and not just across town.
I do hope that some day the law catches up with Mr. Miranda and that he gets read his Rights - his Miranda Rights.

isn´t a belief in something ludicrous the base for all religion?
is the man nuts? yes he is and so are his followers....but they believe in him...so...I guess that´s that
He´s certainly not the first to dreams such nonsence up..and he won´t be the last.
Hahaha I got banned from a forum that iv been visiting for a year because I posted somethign about this guy and ridiculed him and his followers. I guess one of the admins were one of his followers... My IP has been banned so I cant tell.
De Jesus preaches there is no devil and no sin. His followers, he says, literally can do no wrong in God's eyes.
This is why he is so popular.
He is in essence doing exactly the same thing that the majority of those who call themselves Christians today likewise do. That is, pretending that "inconvenient" parts of the Bible are false and can be called lies and not obeyed, as if God is "fine and dandy" with that. Telling himself and his followers exactly what they want to hear and that they should gratify themselves rather than what is the truth of God's Word. Telling each man that he can makeup and put faith in his own false "god" and that is just as good as obeying the real God (reality check: it's not).
He is not all that much worse than the majority of those claiming to be Christians nowadays. In the end, all of those who practice this way of life are going to end up with "De Jesus" even if they don't follow him "on paper" now.

Although believing in the devil and sin, doesn't the mainstream Baptist belief state you can pretty much do anything as long as you accept Jesus as your savior. I once had a long theological exchange with one that lasted over a year and it seemed very odd, but in their doctrince you can go Stalin on a bunch of people and as long as you accept Jesus, your soul is saved.
There is a comedian on TV. Carlos Mencias I think. He does racial/sex jokes but then says he is a devout catholic. He says that as long as he asks forgiveness, all is forgiven and he can go on saying sex jokes and making fun of races.
I think it's safe to say this guy is crazy.

Yeah, he's awesome. However his premise is only true for celebrities and left wing politicians.

Much like yourself then with Gods teachings on how to fix dampness in a house or the slaughtering of animals :dizzy2:
Perhaps you should join him , then again since you have created your own church and religeon and called it Christianity maybe you are there already , though of course your recent flirtation with some the worse aspects of Islamic fundamentalism mean that it would have to be called fundychristymuslyfruitcakeism for accuracy .
BTW still no answer from you on which of the many versions of what is known as the bible is the one which you endorse as the true one eh:yes: ......though you clearly reject all the other churches bibles:laugh4: :laugh4: :laugh4:
