0.81 installer overwrites vanilla models_strat/residences

I noticed that the installer overwrites vanilla files in models_strat/residences
Is it really required to do?
I have put these in EB/models_start/residences, adjusted descr_cultures.txt and all seems to be working.

Yes, I pointed that out to the team a while ago.

They said that for some reason this doesn't work for all systems... sometimes you still get vanilla models...
