For those of you who don't know: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parkour

Anyway, I was wondering if anybody else on the forums is/was a traceur or free runner like me.

If you are a traceur or free runner, or if you like to watch, just post on here.

And if you like to watch, here are some videos: www.parkour.tv

Cool. Its like skateboarding. but without the board.

That's a really bad way to put it. Parkour is about efficient movement, plain and simple, while skateboarding is done primarily for aesthetic pleasure. Freerunning is similar to skateboarding in its aesthetic purpose, but to say it's merely skateboarding without the board cheapens the definition greatly.

Seems like Parkour would be a lot of fun to do.

Parkour and freerunning look like good ways to break ankles. I'm too old for stuff like that...
