Ok So I've read TA's description of the new recruitment system but something doesn't seem to add up.
When I have a homeland province I understand that I can get all five levels of my faction MIC and only one level of the Local MIC. However because of bugs in .80 I'm confused. Can I only use one type MIC or can I use them both at the same time? It's just that when I look at some of my local MIC buildings on the building scroll it doesn't show any units that it will provide.
Is this because sometimes my units are the same as the local units in some places or are there still recruitment problems?

Any kind of simple explanation would be great, thanks.

AFAIK: you use your factional MIC to recruit your faction units; and your regional MIC to recruit locals. Example: you're Arche Seleukia, then you would use the factional MIC to recruit your Phalanxes, Elites, and you would use the regional MIC to recruit Indian Longbowmen.

When you are in your homeland does the regional MIC not work because the units are the same as your faction units?

Well I think there are some regional MIC units in your homeland provinces.... This might depend on the faction though (ex: You can recruit Samnites in the Romani homeland)

I recommend reading the notes at the bottom of the regional MIC building.
