unpack problem

I got MTW2 and I pacthed it too 1.1 and when I click unpack and does every thing it says, it closes it self immeidately and nothing unpacked, when click unpackall it works, but the game dosnt, can any one help me here?

what are the files you need to delete, it dosnt say, and I dont know what you mean by 'per'
