Can anybody please (please) post the requirements (regions and buildings) to recruit them?. Is there any reform needed?

Hi jeanlannes,
I presume that you are talking about the Saka faction. For them to be able to get the great Indo-Greek unit reforms you need
to hold Baktra, Marakanda, Alexandreia Eschate, Antiocheia Margiane, Alexandria Ariana or Taksashila for 4 consecutive winters.

Thank you very much, Omanes, but I must say I'm playing with Baktria and I hoped to get them. Are they just for the Saka faction?.

I believe that Baktria can get them through the regional MIC in all of it's homeland and further Eastern "Indian Borders" provinces.
