When do the Celtic reforms take place? Are they dynamic or static.

Hi Roderick Ponce Von Fontlebottom :dizzy2:,
The Celtic Reforms occur in 220BC and 120BC. In the future they will become dynamic, but for now, you sadly have to wait till the fixed date. Good luck with your "barbarian" campaign, cheers!

8th August 121 BC at the Battle of Vindalium, King Bituitis and his Arverni led Alliance was defeated by Cnaeus Domitius Ahenobarbus and Quintus Fabius Maximus of Rome. This sparked the colapse of the Arverni empire, a renewing of civil war in Gaul.

I'm screwed... I'm playing as Romans, having trouble against the Gauls and the year is 221BC. I need more walls...
