Imperial Era Impossible?

I finally managed to get my ambitious guy to get Avgvstvs. And there was no reform. I shifted the date forward, but I didn't screw with anything else. Is it possible to get Avgvstvs before you can get the reform?

The problem, simply put is that I didn't get a reform building even four turns after getting an emperor.

I will test further, disabling some of the requirments.

You know, nevermind.

It was a typo ("Reform 3" rather than the intended "Romanii_Reform 3"). Apon checking the 081 script, the fix was made.

:shame: I appologize, old 080 bug that was already fixed. I should check things more before reporting bugs when still on an outdated version. :shame:
