IsGeneral Condition

If you have two family members in a single army, would the condition IsGeneral be true for both of them or just the one who's in command (i.e. one with more command stars)?

This condition should be true for any character who can command an army, it shouldn't matter if he actually is doing so

Actually, especially WRT traits, I'm pretty sure that only the actual general is awarded PostBattle traits. Using IsGeneral or not seems to be irrelevant as well.
