Campaign Map Banners

I'm not sure what happened, but all the banners on the campaign map have disappeared. Anyone know how I can put them back?

Sorry to double post, but this can be deleted. It was a bug... a very odd bug.

Go to the campaign map, press F1, and scroll through the list of commands. Somewhere in there it gives the keystrokes for toggling banners, character names, and city names. The last two are rather nice because you can set it up so that they only appear on a mouse-over.
