Arche Seleukeia starting treasury

I 've noticed that it quite low at 3000 mnai. Is that amount historical compared to other factions? I know that Alexander left the treasury with something like 150000 talents of gold when he died.

Didn't he leave the Macedonian treasury with that? Also this is 60 years after his death, and I would imagine with all the warring that most of that has been spent.
