All my humble knowlage of R:TW modding extends to is that you need the xpaker. However, you could ask the genii in the mod questions forum (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/forumdisplay.php?f=73). I'm sure one of them will be able to help you out. Good luck, cheers!
