Flag Question

I know how to turn flags off entirely, but on reflection have come to the conclusion that medieval armies should be festooned with standards and banners. The problem, of course, is that the flags in M2TW are out of scale with the accompanying troops. Is there any way to reduce the size of the flags in proportion to the troops? I don't mind the flag-waving routine since I've turned the green arrows off and find it helpful to keep track of the selected unit.

Yes, you need to edit the flag .cas files.

Where is the flag CAS located? I don't know the inner workings of M2TW that well yet so I haven't a clue what the address is.
