Destroying the walls

Hi guys, i'm like a total newb, the only thing i've changed so far is to make all factions playable:sweatdrop: .

I've got a few questions hope you guys can ans them...

1. How do i destroy walls on the campaign map? You know like after i exterminate a city, i tear down those *%^&$ walls so it makes the next sack easier?

2. Is it possible to say add Roman highways to Parthia without using any pak extractor (just by simple tweaking of the text)? If so how?

3. After watching 300, i think the Parthian Eastern Infantry and their Horse Archers should have desert infantry skins! Any idea how?

4. Is it possible for plague infected ship fleets to recover? I accidently boarded an infected captain into my full stack quiquireme :wall:

5. How do i disable the rebel appearances?

6. I disabled 'restrict camera' (and saved) for battle map but it still gets restricted. Any idea what i'm doing worng?

1. You can't. It's hardcoded I think. I don't know if anyone ever managed to get walls "destructible" when you own the city.
2. Yes. Open export_descr_buildings.txt and add parthia to the faction requirement of building highways. That's the simplest but I don't know if you need to deal with UI card as well, to show proper building card on your UI.
3. If the skins you need are already in the game then it's not hard. Just make new entries in descr_models_battle.txt for the soldier models you want to use, then edit export_descr_units.txt to use the models.
4. Spread the fleet. Some of them may not get the plague. Let the affected one rest somewhere to recover.
5. You can't. But modding their appearance to 200 (in descr_strat.txt in the campaign folder) is the rarest you can get.
6. What do you mean by 'restricted'? Not restricted means the camera can go beyond your army.

Thanx Wlesmana! Regarding the buildings, do you know how i may settle everything such as the building card, description when the building is built and such?

You will need to extract the files first. Look for tutorials on building UI in Scriptorium.

I think its a camera option which makes you see near and dont far.
