cavalry stats

Hi, not meaning to criticize but why do all heavy cavalry have the ap modifier for their secondary weapon? Even when it is just a sword.

Well not ALL do *celtic knights, the Brihentin secondary attack is a long sword that isn't ap, and a lot of Horse Archers carry shitty daggers*, but yea most do. And why not, cavalry is very expensive and is usualy made up from richer sections and nobles from a faction. It only makes sense that they would use the best weapons they could. And the ones who use swords use either a falcata, kopis, or Makhaira, all which were good for cutting through armour.

Only those that have a kopis or axe or mace or somesuch do. And they've gotten rarer in 0.81a, methinks; some of the Hellenic/Greek ones have been swapped to xiphos for example. The assorted other longsword dudes - Celts, some steppe and Pahlavan heavies - do not.
