Is 1.6 BI better for EB or 1.5 RTW?

Which is better for the campaign AI (AI faction progression, etc)?
Barbarian Invasion 1.6 or the standard RTW 1.5? Cuz I saw someone post this saying that BI has better campaign AI - the Carthaginians using naval attacks:

"was laying seige to Roma (just wasn't in the mood to lose half my army to it's wall defenses) when I was attacked by another roman army and some Carthiginians (complete with elephants!) who had landed by sea (TY BI!). They had me completely surrounded and actually put up one heck of a fight. Alas, it was all for naught and my mighty general lay waste to the legions --now strewn about the countryside. "

Man this question has been asked so many times, we should probably put it in the FAQ. BI AI appears to be better than RTW AI, so running it on BI (though not supported) will likely give you a better game.
