English civil war mod?

Hi guys, I was just thinking how good a English civil war mod would be for MTW:2 especially with gunpowder feature. Also the battles would be easier to create then say, anceint warfare because there was only ever a few thousand men on both sides combined in almost every battle. This post isnt for recruiting modders or anything, just to see what people think of the mod. But if any one wants to help out, all the better! :beam:

Hmm. There's such a campaign in the works for the next version of Pike & Musket (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/forumdisplay.php?f=98), but that's for MTW1. Don't think there's been any major attempt to do one for RTW or M2TW, although IIRC Duke John often mentioned his vision for one (or a TW-like-but-better game on that theme)

I for one would think it would be an excellent idea, although I would expand it out to the "War of the Three Kingdoms" (ie all of the British Isles with 4-5 major factions) rather then just Roundheads v Cavaliers in England only.
