Saka CTD

In year 222 BC, as the Saka, I get a CTD during the Getai turn. I turned it*the script* off and played for a year, and no CTD. But when I turned it on the next year, it crashed on their turn again. I think I uploaded the save correctly.

I changed to using BI-exe and it went away, strange.
