I'm not completly sure, yet I don't think there are any patches for Alexander.

Indeed as Omanes says, there are no official patches for it. However there are some rather cool mini-mods which will extend its replayability. You might like to check out the BKB Alexander Mini-Mod and/or econ21's Alexander Nice And Slow mod.
