So I'm up at 1:00am, consoling two crying babies. When I suddenly realized that it is indeed Saint Patrick's Day! Now, normally I would be heart set in celebrating my Irish Heritage with a Pint of Guinness (but unfortunately most of the bars around here don't serve it) or perhaps I could Christen my bottle of 23 year Laphroaig Scotch I bought in Montreal not too long ago...

Anyways, Whether your Irish or not, I wish all Orgahs the best of Saint Patrick Days! :ireland:

I should be flying to Wales for a good drinking session right now , but since things happen in life I shall have to celebrate Paddys in town instead .
Oh well happy St.Patricks day .
One advantage though , at least I can watch the club finals as well as the rugby now~

Huzzah! What a marvellous day! I indulged in my first pint of Guinness when the pub opened at 10.00 am and went about my lawful business. Going out again soon in time for the Scotland game. I doubt I'll be home until tomorrow morning...

Back from the pub now for a brief respite after celebrating the triumphant triumph of the Welsh and drowning my sorrows after the defeat of the Glorious Scots. Back there soon.
Looking forward to a night of Guinness.

Looks like while we was all drinking the saint himself must have sneaked a few steroid powered green beers to Irelands cricket team. Until yesterday I did not even realise we had one now I find they are actually winning games. The world is no longer making sense to me I must return to the pub for the traditional paddies day cure.

Well since I'm in Germany I didn't really celebrate St. Patty's, but I still managed to make it more like a stereotypical St. Paddy's than I ever had before. I made my host family Shepard's Pie and over the course of the day drank two beers. Not exactly much, but what are you going to do when you're surrounded by people that don't celebrate the holiday, don't generally get trashed and don't even really celebrate the holiday in general?

Hey they next tournament will be yours! And there's a world cup to win now!!!

Well, I did drink some beer last saturday, but not in a pub: on march 17th, it's impossible to have ale in a pub in Paris: overcrowded!
