Help with installing

I installed EB and everything but when i trie to launch it a window pops up that says "Error: File doesnt exist eOa (with squiggles on top)." Please help me out im not to technological when it comes to computers so please keep it simple.

First, this should probably be moved to he technical help subforum.

About the error...
Sounds like a corrupt download or install. I would sugjest downloading the full 081a installer. Then uninstalling and reinstalling with that.

Ok, well i cant seem to download the mod off the webpage i always get Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" so i tried filefront and 2 other places for the download and the exact same thing happens.

Or your login name for windows xp has non-standard roman characters in it. Try creating a new login for windows xp that only uses standard roman characters (no accents or the like), give it administrative abilities and install it using that login. That might work.

Try right clicking and choosing 'save as'...
Try disabling your firewall while downloading...
