The Modding community is really short of good modders. It'd be better to learn yourself. Try Professor's Modelling Video Tutorials (http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=33645). I know that it is very demanding and takes a very long time, but really it's the only way to get modellers these days I'm afraid. :(

the problem is i have gmax but not 3ds max
