View Full Version : Mix and Match Troops/Nations
Little bored this evening and had a quick question for you all.
If you could take your favorite nation and add one troop from another what would it be.
I'd go Egypt and take Moorish Camel Gunners.
HRE with Cossak Muskateers

Denmark with Mongol Heavy Horse Archers. The Danes would be unstoppable with uber infantry, cavalry, and archers.

I'd either go the route of ztajerski, or:
Russia with Camel Gunners
Scotland with Cossack Musketeers
Scotland with Camel Gunners
Byzantium with Cossack Musketeers
Byzantium with Camel Gunners
Sicily with Camel Gunners
Any Faction Except the timudris and give them the elephants
Or sherwood archers to Hungary they will go well with battlefield assasains

Do you actually need to add any unit to the slave faction? :p They have every single unit in game.
As for standard playable factions though, I'd go for England with Swiss Guards or England with Elephant Artillery.
Imagine staked circle filled with retinue longbows and having a few elephant arties to take care of enemy siege equip.

How about this?
Replace general units with the Timurid Elephant Artillery. Battles would be so funny since whoever has the more generals will win and kings will be near impossible to kill with their high bodyguard count and multiple hitpoints.
Russia and add scottish noble pikeman :smash:
I second this one !
Either Byzantines with Cossack Musketeers or Spanish with Vardariotai.
