How to extract the .pack files?

How can i extract the .pack files from M2TW program files ?

A tool came with the 1.1 patch to do so - go to [root m2tw folder]\tools\unpacker and double click on the file called 'unpack all.bat'

This will take some time and a lot of hdd space, so be patient
