Pictures linked to forums

I have noticed on some peoples signatures they have pictures and if you click on the picture it links you to a forum . How do u do this ?

Simply type in, as an example, https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/images/sdojo/sd1.jpg and your image will be linked as shown:

BTW, [url]https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/index.php is the linked site, while https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/images/sdojo/sd1.jpg is the image.
