Spacing between riders?

I had noticed a thread on the forum before with a note of how to fix the formation but I can't seem to figure out how to get that to work. Would anyone be able to give me a hand? What numbers do I need to change in the export_desc_unit file?

The "formation" line each unit has in export_descr_unit.txt. The file has explanations on what the heck the values actually mean right at the start.
