Every time I try to play a campaign with Egypt, about 10 years into the campaign i get a CTD (it doesnt happen w/any other faction that i know of). It always happens right after I end my turn (in the1st turn after mine). It is really frustrating so if anyone could give me some advice on how to fix this i would greatly appreciate it.
Please try the fixes in the sticky thread first, then post your savegame if they do not help.

Here is the save game file. It's 266 BC and its summer I think. it freezes when I end my turn and during the Rebel's turn it crashes. (This is a cheat file because I've beaten the game w/the Seleucids and i didn't want to go through that whole time consuming process of empire building, so basicly i have tons of money, good armies, and most buildings)
So... Did you try the fixes in the sticky?

Yes I have and they haevnt been working (im using 1 mod that limits the size of cities). Also I'm sorry if I'm annoying you w/my 'noobishness'
Thanks, then I'll take a look at it :2thumbsup:. I'm not annoyed, but I try hard to not waste time, so I wanted to be sure :beam:.
Edit: I can't see any link to download the savegame when following your link. It prompts me for a file ID, which I don't know. Are you sure you copied the right link in your post?

Sorry about that, here is the correct link http://www.axifile.com?8461202
Works without a hitch, with or without script enabled. You must have a bad install, a non-persistent crash, or you have not installed the fixes correctly.

Thank you, I just reinstalled and started a new campaign and it worked fine. I don't know what the problem was but it's fixed now. Thanks!
