Why did they even release him? They had as much evidence against him as most of the other inmates - ie :balloon2: all.

He fled from Iraq after having been tortured by Saddam's police and then he assisted MI5, probably because they dangled a full British citizenship like a sausage in front of his eyes. And then MI5 had him arrested in Gambia and handed to the CIA, which is even more suspicious.
Five years in an isolation cell is far too soft for such people, if you can call them 'people' at all! :furious3:

They must be guilty. In foreign countries - ones that are at war with America. Also did you see the suspicious clothes they have been wearing? No one innocent wears masks and earmuffs in the sun.

And most damningly of all, they're so well trained that after c. 5 years in captivity they still say they're innocent - QED they're up to no good.
