.mesh exporter made by GOM and KE with help from CA dev Caliban has just been released. Its for use with Milkshape 1.8.

And who is using milkshape? I use 3dsmax and I don't think I will learn another engine to just struggle to put something ingame , and u cant even add mounts or buildings yet ...

Peopel use milkshape because its a hell of a lot cheaper than 3ds max, and with the latest version supports vertex weighing.

You can always export to a 3DS in 3DSMax and import that into milkshape, then save as ms3d... A bit of a fuss, but possible.

Mounts and siege engines are coming. Rome, or in this case, M2TW, wasn't
scripted in a day. Buildings are another problem.

i like how he said to struggle to get a new unit in the game....
making new units is about a 20 min job. Grumpyoldman's converter (and his patners for making it) tool makes it SOOOOO simple and milkshape is awsome. i have seen some realy nice models come out of it and for $30 its dumb not to buy it. it is also very straight forword.
