Changing To the Dark Side

Hey guys, thanks for the awesome mod, I've lost all ambition for life since I started playing it. who needs showers anyways.

Anywho, I was thinking it'd be a blast to change sides after meeting victory conditions for one faction and was wondering if this is possible. I seem to remember one of the workarounds for a ctd in .74 involved changing sides to do the AI's job but that post seems long gone. Can anyone help me or direct me to that post? Thanks a ton.

Look for Myrddraal's MP campaign script. It'll take a little time understanding what's going on, but you should be able to run a script to change sides mid-campaign. I did it for a RTW PBM (don't ask me the details, as I've forgotten, but it just involved using some of the MP campaign script).

It needs to be diy modded if you just want to change factions though.
It makes me think that ctd work around involved a comand line change in the EB script, Something like a "control such and such faction," anyway I'll see what happens , theres seems to be enough info in that thread to work with.
