I don't care anymore. I haven't played since before Valentines so things would work right, the entire time expecting the patch to be just around the corner, just the next week. 8 weeks later? I don't care anymore.
I am NOT buying the Expansion under any circumstances. I will not be convinced to. I am not wasting any more money on incompetence.
I WILL discourage all interested in M2TW, the expansion, or future TW games from buying them for the forseeable future. IF a miracle happens and a TW game gets said to be stable and reliable by the vast majority, I might buy it... but ONLY after the price has dropped below $20. I will NEVER, EVER again pay the original release price for anything by CA or Sega. They have lost that $30 bonus from me forevermore.
Incompetence is the only word to describe it, for all the plethora of mistakes and miscalculations made from day they decided to release the game, to ignoring larger known issues in the first patch, to perpetually pushing back the release of the second patch. I KNOW there is an explanation for it at every stop. I don't care anymore. Incompetence in one area or another, at one level or another, has been part of each one. It's become a perfect storm ineptness. If owned stock I would selling it. If I were put in charge I would fire a lot of people.
As a customer I only have one choice and I've made it. My money goes elsewhere.
