I don't want to read through three pages of garbage on this, I just would like to know, as well as everyone else, WHERE and WHEN can this file be downloaded at. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NO SIDECHAT. On this Post, I do not care about expansions, different games, warez, your family, how the sicilians own against the pope. NONE OF THAT. Please just post about 1.2 and where and when we can get it.

He's right. They literally discovered a new issue just last night. Unfortunately, a leaked version got, well, leaked. I think it's still avaliable for download, but keep in mind that it's considered an "unofficial" release by SEGA and CA, and they can't be responsible if your computer explodes on you.

I wouldn't bother with this "half-patch" that has mysteriously found its way online. No-one is clear on whether it works, whether it ruins the game, if it fixes the bugs or if it doesn't. Not worth the hassle.

It was just a term I made up to indicate it isn't the proper thing. I still wouldn't bother with it. But if you do, let me know how it goes.
