Trade income penalties

Hi all. I have read some time ago(can't find this thread now) that large granaries give trade income penalties instead of bonuses, although in it's description it is not mentioned. Now I never build large granaries... I remember that EB team can't correct it because it is impossible, but does anyone knows if there are more such buildings(that reduce income instead of rising it)? Thanks.:balloon2:

I suspect the Spartan Agoge (Koinon Gov 1) does it based on its description. Other than that I can't think of any at the moment.
