i think there should be a forum for when mods are looking for some one to help you just post in that forum saying what u need and the other way round as well like if someone is looking for a mod to join:cowboy:

I assume you're talking about RTW mods, and I believe such a forum exists: it's the Mod Discussion forum (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/forumdisplay.php?f=119). Anyway, if you're in need for Narnia Total War, well, you've got a "private" forum.

Hello,

There are two possibilities:

-One likes a modification and browses its hosted forum and will spot vacancies.
-One is a coder or artist who is willing to spend some time on a modification for M2TW/RTW, it doesn't matter much which for those people and they don't browse all forums.

A central place may work. Keep the vacancy forum clean please, do not create multiple topics for the same modification. Best may be to update the first post (the forum is setup in such a way that the first post is always listed on the top of every page in the topic).

May I just suggest that the forums in question get imported into the main modification sections. I'm sorry to say that, in my humble opinion, I feel that the section where it is placed should be dedicated to hosted modifications. Sorry to disagree.
